Steve Stone has joined the best team on the South Coast after a very successful loan spell at Fratton Park. Steve has joined from Aston Villa on a 2 year contract and has joined up with former England and Villa team mate Paul Merson. Steve has been blighted up injuries since his final move to Fratton but the games he has played he has been on fire down the right but will have problems tring to get place back after Kevin Harper is on form aswel so should be great competetion down the right for the rest of the season. Great player and was on fire against Derby at Pride Park in November 2002.
