Linvoy Primus

Linvoy Primus has impressed everyone this season in the heart of the Pompey defence! He linked up every well with Darren Moore at the start of the last season and has impressed since then! He started his playing career with Charlton and then found chances limited at moved to Division 3 side Barnet! Reading looked at him and then moved to Reding for £250,000 about! Linvoy Primus then had a trial at Fratton during Pre season and signed on the dotted line and has impressed ever since apart from that own goal on his division 1 debut against Sheffield UTD! Linvoy has been so impressive he has picked up 3 Pompey Player of the month awards and also PFA Player of the Month for February 2003. Well Done Linvoy. Primus has recently signed a 2 year extension to his contract which was going to expire at the end of the 2002 - 2003 season. He has been awarded a new contract for amazing performances in the heart of the Pompey defence along side Gianluca Festa, Arjan De Zeeuw and Hayden Foxe. Linvoy will be a key member of the Pompey squad in the Premiership in 2003 - 2004 season.
