Richard Hughes was born in Scotland in 1979 and was brought up in Italy (very nice too)! Richard then moved to Atalanta in Italy before being swooped up by Premiership giants Arsenal! Richard the man with pace and a very exciting shoot was then loaned out to local rivals AFC Bournemouth. After a very sucessfull loan period Richard joined the Cherries on a free transfer! He has played for Scotland U21 level and has been watched carefully by former Scotland manager Craig Brown! I hope he can cut the mustard at Fratton Park! Times are looking very good for Richard Hughes!
